19 years old! ASDFGHJKL HAPPY BIRTHDAY NIALLER!! I love you so so so so much :)
Looking back at those X Factor videos and then comparing it to recent videos, especially from the VMAs, it's incredible how far you've gone.
Back then, you were fetus Niall. Ambition: to sing. That's it. That was THE goal. To just make it. And that's exactly what you did.
"Gotta change my answering machine, now that I'm alone..."
From two 'yes's and one 'no', you were shaking so hard. Then Katy Perry - bless her - made 1D possible. More importantly, she made YOU possible. She said YES!
From one single word from her, to the single word Uncle Si said at his house...to the votes from the public, to the finals... You stuck by your talent and your boys, never letting them down.
From there, you were 1/5th of the reason What Makes You Beautiful came out and was so successful. Following was the release of the Up All Night album itself.
Of course, the rest is history.
Look at you now. You're on top of the world! I couldn't list your accomplishments because it would fill up a whole 'nother blog post.
To think you did it all in two years, and now you're a 19 year old who has conquered the world.. Not to mention 6 million hearts. Including mine ;)
Anyway, I just wanted to say THANK YOU for working so hard in such a hard industry. You've held your head up high, never letting those dumb haters get to you. And that's what I think I admire most about you.
Besides your looks, you've got so much as a person to offer. Can't help but wonder how the frick you don't have a girlfriend... Your personality is perfection to me. You're sweet yet strong. You are literally the type of guy I like. The exact definition. You aren't the hot-sexy-underwear-model type. You're the cute-hot-next-door-neighbor...which is why I love you.
Every imperfection you have makes you perfect.
I know it's weird how many girls like you, including me. And honestly, it's ridiculous that I'm SO protective of you. I've already accepted the fact that I won't marry you, but I'm particular when it comes to you dating. Obviously it's not my place (or anyone's) to say who or who not to date. No matter how I feel towards your future girlfriend and/or wife, it won't make a single difference. I promise I'll try though. It isn't easy, but I deffo just want ya to be happy.
So please just stop growing! 19?! How. HOW. Im still seeing you as this adorable yet good-looking 16 year old with no braces. That's the Niall I fell for. And I'm growing with you, loving you right this second just as much. If not more:)
